Pasta Bake without the Bake

As I'm sure most of you already know Naughty-Cal is not blessed with the most well equipped galley in the world. But we have found ways of getting around this and we still enjoy some great meals on board.

The latest addition is the pasta bake without the bake.

This is a really simple dish to make but tastes great. It was simply a chilli made in the square griddle pan on the hob with some cooked wholewheat pasta mixed in and then topped off with grated mature cheddar. 

Then the final part is whacking it under the grill for ten minutes to melt the cheddar. Such a simple dish but the cheese turned it from just a chilli to something far more interesting. Something we will most certainly be cooking again in the future.
