Back on the Waggon

After a long summer of excesses we have both decided it is time to get back on the waggon and start with the healthy eating once again.

Surprisingly after the first time on the scales in a while last night I had not put on too many pounds, despite not really watching what we are eating for several months now. It seems that once you are into the healthier eating pattern then even when you are not trying to lose weight you still make healthier choices regardless.

This week will be our first full proper week back on the game. And if last winters weight loss is anything to go by it shouldn't be much more then two or three weeks before we are both back down to the weight at which we started the summer binge.

I will be happy with that.

More Mayhem

We have never really been ones for celebrating Halloween so for us to have two Halloween parties in succession is pretty much unheard of for us. But this weekend we did just that with a party at Worksop Manor Lodge on Friday night followed by a party at The Sun Inn, Saxilby on Saturday evening.

Needless to say yesterday was a very quiet day spent recovering from the weekend.

Halloween Havoc

Last night we were at a friend's Halloween party wreaking havoc at their lovely home Worksop Manor Lodge. It was a great night and a great setting for an evening of devilish delights.
