I decided to try these today to see if they would actually work before committing to making them for breakfast tomorrow.
Take a buttered slice of granary bread and cut into a circle. Take the circle of bread and place buttered side down in a muffin tray squeezing it down as much as possible.
Next add some mature cheddar and black pudding. Then take a slice of smoked streaky bacon and place around the edge of the bread. Finally crack a free range eggs into the well and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
