A few pictures from saturday evening for you today. Suffice to say we didn't get up to much yesterday what with the weather and feeling a little delicate.

    You have spent some money on those mallards. Next time we've got an address I might have to order some.

    They are lovely. Completely different to farmed ducks. They have a much darker meat, deeper flavour and virtually no fat.

    You Don't get much meat on them though. One is not enough for two people hence we did a pheasant as well.
