It is the end of what has seemed a hectic week at home. We hardly seem to have spent two minutes at home being here, there and everywhere. It will be nice tonight to head to the boat and sit back with a few beers, watch a film and later enjoy the chicken, bacon and chorizo casserole with some rice and homemade garlic bread I have dug out of the freezer. No plans to go anywhere for a change.
On the back of that as we have no rush to get up at all we can have a well earned lie in in the morning. Our first for a long while.
We have a few little odd jobs to carry out on the boat tomorrow but nothing too taxing and nothing that will take too long to finish off. While Liam is busy with the odd jobs I will give the cabin a good clean. It is surprising us just how much more difficult it is to keep the boat clean with an extra four paws onboard during these colder and wetter autumn and winter months.
