It wasn't entirely the best start to the holiday when we got an email from Brittany Ferries last night to say that our ferry booked for this evening is cancelled due to strike action!
So it was all hands on deck last night to make alternative travel plans which will instead see us head across the channel in the train this afternoon and then drive the length of France before finding a hotel near Messac where we pick up the boat.
It looks set to be a long day.
That is really bad luck. Drive safely, and looking forward to seeing all the pics. Let's hope everything runs smoothly on the return trip. Enjoy xx
