Last week we picked up a bargain goose which we had for Sunday lunch. However we have since been finding ways to eat the leftovers.
Liam has been chomping through it in his sandwiches for work and I have been busy cooking up bits and pieces at home.
Gladly it has now gone!
Well almost there is a portion in the freezer!
