We decided to head to Dunham Bridge yesterday. We have had the pontoon to ourselves. In fact for such a sunny and warm weekend the river has been very quiet. We came out of Torksey Lock with three other boats and we only saw another handful heading downstream from Cromwell.
We had a lovely walk to The Ferry Boat in Church Laneham for dinner and then later enjoyed a bbq on the pontoon.
Today looks set to be another hot day for our return trip to the marina.
