We have enjoyed a lovely run across the Wash this morning and are now tied up in Kings Lynn for a day of relaxation before heading off into the unknown tomorrow.
Hi both. I don't know if you'll see this in time, but Paul at Salter's Lode reckons that Brownshill Lock at Earith is out of action. Might be an idea to give him of Denver a call to confirm. You had a good day today, then? No rain? We got a bit damp from Upwell to March...
Last we heard Brownshill was back in action but that was on Friday. Will trot up to Earith tomorrow anyway. If it's working will turn right if not left and spend more time exploring the Ouse tributaries and perhaps the Cam as well.
