The drive is reassembled and currently filled with fresh oil which will be drained again next week to flush out the last of the water contamination.
The retrimmed throttle panel is now installed and looks much better than the old tatty one. The throttle action is also much smoother now thanks to a good greasing.
Externally a few minor GRP repairs have been carried out. I also managed to polish the stern which already looks much smarter. It still needs a final polish and wax but this can wait until the primer has been applied to the hull.
So a very productive weekend it was. The light at the end of the tunnel seems to be getting closer!
