Cheesy

My cheesy veg bake is getting better with each attempt. As is my cheese sauce. It was something that had always eluded me that perfect cheese sauce. 
 
Well not now. Thanks to plenty of practise it's now just about spot on. Although reduced fat cheese doesn't melt quite so well as it's full fat counterparts we are still using it in a bud to cut down the fat intake. 
 
So here's last nights cheesy veg bake effort with 50% reduced fat mature cheddar. It was very nice served with a freshly baked garlic bread.
