The Best Days - Part 2

And a lovely dinner of slow cooked pheasant and mallard with some stir fried vegetables last night to round off a lovely weekend.

  1. You have spent some money on those mallards. Next time we've got an address I might have to order some.

  2. They are lovely. Completely different to farmed ducks. They have a much darker meat, deeper flavour and virtually no fat.

    You Don't get much meat on them though. One is not enough for two people hence we did a pheasant as well.
