This morning we have parceled some up to wing their way to Scotland by courier, this evening we are delivering some more in person and the same tomorrow and the day after. It looks set to be a busy week and we might have to break my car out as the boot on the Mini probably won't be big enough for one of the deliveries at least.
We had loads of chicken left from the Sunday roast so rather then wasting it, it is surprising how much you can get off what looks like a carcass, we made a lovely chicken and smoked bacon pie with a sweet potato and parsnip mash topping for dinner last night. It was yummy and very filling. Ideal for a cold winter night.
