Bacon and Egg Fried Rice

Another really simple dish for you today. This one is something a bit different for breakfast. 


Fry a couple of eggs in a wok mixing them well. When cooked set aside.

Next fry chopped bacon in the wok until crispy. Add some frozen peas. Add a packet of precooked rice and your egg to the wok and mix well ensuring the rice is cooked through. Season to taste with soy sauce. 


Serve and enjoy.
