The alternative Christmas dinner
The long range weather forecast looks like it is going to be kind to us again this year and allow us to have Christmas on the boat. So we are planning the alternative Christmas dinner.
So far the plan is to have: garlic and thyme king prawns, slow cooked Cajun duck with sweet potatoes, stuffing and asparagus and to top it off lemon cheesecake and coffee.
